¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ cups almond flour (not almond meal)
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon hemp seeds for topping (optional or sunflower, pumpkin or sesame seeds)
Directions:
Preheat & Prepare the Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch loaf pan (9 inch pan is too big) and, for easy removal, line it with parchment paper.Optional: Toast the Almond Flour
