Healthy Ranch Dip
Greek Yogurt is the key to a Healthier Ranch Dressing without sacrificing flavor!
This recipe comes together in minutes & perfect for dipping with veggies or as a sandwich spread. I use a full-fat yogurt in the recipe to give it that thicker consistency. You could also replace a quarter cup of yogurt with sour cream, that works really well. This is a great appetizer for guests & a perfect high protein snack.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried dill weed
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Fresh chives or dill for garnish (optional)
Vegetables for serving (Bagel Chips & Kettle All-Natural Potato Chips are great here)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
Transfer to a smaller serving bowl and serve with your favorite vegetables & chips
Storage:
Store any leftovers in a small airtight container. It will last for up to 7 days in the fridge.
Substitutes:
You can use all sour cream or all Greek yogurt, or replace 1/4 cup of yogurt for sour cream.
Substitute lemon juice instead of apple cider vinegar
Substitute fresh dill for fresh chives
