The base of this Yogurt Bake is 4 ingredients, you can get creative with your add-ins! Each serving is 16 grams of protein!

The base of this recipe is as follows…

1.5 cup plain Greek Yogurt (any plain greek yogurt will work)

4 eggs

2 tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)

1-2 tsp vanilla extract (add what like)

Add-ins:

1 cup of frozen or fresh fruit

2-3 tbsp sweetener of choice (I like maple syrup or honey)

Citrus zest (orange, lemon or lime)

Extracts (almond, coconut, maple, lemon, etc.)

Benefits of Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is renowned for its numerous health benefits, making it a popular choice for those looking to improve their diet. Rich in protein, it aids in muscle repair and growth, making it an excellent post-workout snack. Its probiotic content supports gut health by promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria, which can enhance digestion and strengthen the immune system.

Additionally, Greek yogurt is a good source of calcium, essential for maintaining strong bones and teeth. The combination of these nutrients not only supports overall health but also helps in weight management by keeping you fuller for longer, reducing the likelihood of overeating.
